Job Description : About Us

St James Independent Schools comprises three fee-paying institutions for children aged 3 to 18 years old. The Preparatory School (incorporating a Nursery) and Senior Girls’ School are based in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, whilst the Senior Boys’ School is located in Ashford, Surrey.

About You

As Credit Controller & School Fees Administrator, you will manage all aspects of the fee invoice preparation process in liaison with the schools, ensuring accuracy and timely sending by email, preparation and submission of termly Direct Debit collections, and providing Fees In Advance quotes (Composition Fees) for parents in an accurate and timely manner.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced credit controller with previous experience of FeeMaster and Sage200. Excellent communication skills and experience in an Education background are desirable. Candidates with formal accounting qualifications such as AAT will be at an advantage.

Hours of work: 8.00am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday
