Job purpose:
Individual performer in the IT Consulting Services team to provide business analysis and development of automation processes for our customers across the globe.
Your client responsibilities:
Need to work as a team member to contribute in various streams of Automation tools (AA, Blue Prism, UiPath , Power Platform / Automate / Pega Robotics etc.)Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinatorsRegular status reporting to the supervisor and onsite coordinatorsInterface with the customer representatives as and when neededWilling to travel to the customer’s locations on need basis within IndiaWilling to work in US/UK shifts to support global customersWilling to be flexible to work on various tools based on demand
Your technical responsibilities:
Preparation and facilitation of process design sessions related to robotics process, validation rules and reports.Configuration of AA, Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Automate process components, including process flows, control objects, exception handling etc.Ability to architect process automations and use casesWrite & maintain data process flowsAbility to work on Surface AutomationPlanning, design, testing, prototyping and implementation of enhancements, control and tuning of pre-built automation processesSupport all applications development effort involving RPA toolsLeadership of individual work streams associated with a RPA processAssistance with data conversion and interfacing activitiesPreparation of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides.Have additional skills or Knowledge of Python

Requirements
We are looking for the candidates with the following:
BE/BTech/MCA (must) with MBA (Finance) (good to have) with an industry experience of 4-6 years.Candidate should be involved in at least 2 end to end solution implementation using AA, Blue Prism / Ui Path / Power Platform (Automate) / Pega RoboticsCertified in AA / BluePrism / Ui Path / Power PlatformShould have ability to use or has worked ABBYY FlexiCapture or any OCR toolsSkilled in Python and programming languages like .Net / C#
You will need to have:
Mandatory skills:
Experience in RPA Tools like AA / Blue Prism / UiPath / Power Automate / Pega RoboticsGood business communication skills & client facing skillsShould have understanding and experience of software development best practices.Must have experience in implementing or supporting 4 end to end RPA projects (4+ years duration) or 4 to 6 short term projects of 4 to 6 months durationStrong knowledge in VB Script / C# /.NET / PythonWorking knowledge of Relational Database (MS SQL/ Oracle DB)Working knowledge in excel and macrosWorking knowledge of any automation processWorking knowledge of any Data warehousing toolWorking knowledge of any OCR tools (preferably ABBYY Flexicapture)
Preferred skills:
Prior knowledge of industry leading RPA tools.Experience in Financial Services domain, preferably in performance management solutions.Prior Client facing experience.
