Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Leader having strong UI and architectural skills associated with data-driven applications. The candidate should have proven experience architecting and developing web applications.
Responsibilities
Candidate must have hands-on and in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, React, Redux, EXTJS, CSS
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Maintaining software through product lifecycle including design, development, verification, and bug fixes.
Experience
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/sciences or higher, 16+ years of relevant experience in the IT services industry, with direct experience working on bid support, pre-sales and solutioning as it relates to digital and emerging technologies, mobile applications, user experience and evolving trends

Building strong customer relationships across Global Strategic Accounts with a passion for customer value and success
Build strong internal relationships and collaborating cross-functionally to drive market readiness

Experience with one of the cloud platforms including Azure/AWS/Google Cloud
Partnering with the sales team in pre-cycle to ensure alignment on expectations, properly scoping implementations projects for handoffs to the implementations team
Provide thought leadership for technology/consulting relating to digital applications and related technologies.
Sound knowledge of Digital technologies covering UX Design, Architecture, web, mobile, content management, e-commerce, cloud, IoT, Emerging tech, AI & ML
Drive and help execute Strategy by understanding the best mix of technologies and platforms.
Performing requirements analysis and developing strategies for users and clients, primarily from a services perspective.
Have a solid domain knowhow across one or more sectors whether it be in Financial Services, Commercial or other capable of addressing end-to-end services in the ecosystem.
Articulate, position, lead and deliver customer discussions, assessments and engagements.
Travel to internal EY and customer locations for business discussions and/or bid support and solutioning/ consulting assignments.
Must Have Skills
Hands-on experience in anchoring demonstrations for prospective customers in various geographies
Experience in business-to-business presales support (RFP/RFI responses, demos, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish credibility, trust and support within all levels of the organization
Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer requirements and pain points, with a focus on customer success
Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight
Knowledge in UI design patterns and mythologies
Expertise in Object-Oriented Design, Design patterns, Architecture and Application Integration
Strong experience in architecting scalable applications that can support a larger number of global users
Hands-on experience with core dev-ops tooling and best practices and manage this at a platform level
Experience with OAuth and OpenID Connect security standards
Thorough understanding of JS and its core principles
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Strong in JavaScript OOPs concept
Strong in Problem solving approach
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Thorough understanding of React JS and its core principles and experience with popular React JS workflows such as Flux or Redux
Strong command over HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web designing
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Testing and the ability to write unit test scripts/specs (Karma, Jasmine)
Familiarity with code versioning tools and DevOps
SSO, LDAP, OAuth, SSL integration exposure
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have Skills
