Job Description : Job Location: Cochin
Job Objective:
Function as Project Manager + Business Analyst focusing on the development, roll-out, implementation, and continued support of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system developed by MariApps Marine Solutions*.
Experience expectation: 6+ years in CRM domain.
Key Accountabilities
Part-1
Coordinate the CRM project team, allocate tasks, and arrange and lead project planning sessions
Monitor and manage project progress
Define project milestones and a clear vision to run the project
Identify needed resources and monitor project budgeting
Create, manage, and update the Functional Specification Documentation (FSD), Project Charter, and Change Request Documentation
Liaise with business unit heads and future users for collecting, analysing and documenting specific business requirements
Propose suggestions and solution designs for system features, business workflows, user interface characteristics etc.
Act as single point for contact for the development team to provide clarifications and direct feedback from business during development process
Take proactive measures to identify problems in the project and tackle it with the inputs of other stakeholders.
Manage the business user acceptance testing process
Manage project reporting and communication to business units and other stakeholders
Part-2
Manage the roll out and implementation of completed PAL CRM system modules from the business side
Manage the roll out of developed PAL CRM modules to business units
Support business units and users during the implementation process
Coordinate the development of process and workflow documentation together with business units and project team
Train and guide other system admins and users on the system features
Provide user feedback for system improvements
Part-3
Act as product owner of the PAL CRM system and manage further developments of the CRM system
Ensure effective usability of the system by acting as interface between business users and MariApps
Ownership and maintenance of registers, user access and user roles for CRM
Manage the ongoing improvement of the system, including:
The improvement of exisitng modules
The development of automations and interfaces to other PAL modules
The customisation of modules for business unit-specific requirements
The development of additional modules
Provide and arrange training / demos to potential 3rd party customers
