Job Description : Job Role OutlineTo manage and develop the Hello Huddersfield! space and assist with administration and project as directed by the BID Manager. The Hello Huddersfield! space will be the primary location of the role and complete ownership and responsibility will be given for the development, marketing, and brand awareness of the unit. Administration and projects support is also required as additional duties.Responsibilities· Manage all stock , in the HH! Space. Ensure that Artisans are contacted when their products run low and need refreshing· Serve customers who visit HH!· Ensure that the HH! Space, is clean, safe, appealing and well presented· Act as a front of house service for the HH! And HB space· Provide Information assistance to visitors· Liaise with the Artisans on their products, marketing and stock as well as payments· Provide monthly reports on spend, basket spend, stock and transactions to BID Manager· Organise the Instagram account for the @HHFacility brand and HH! Brand· Coordinate with the BID Manager on any information or interested parties who wish to access the HH! And HB space· Act as first contact within the HH! Space to participants of trails, competitions, Networking events, working groups and workshops.· Research and project manage new products and services which may be added to the HH! Space· Facilitate the Wheelchair loan scheme to users· Provide Administration support to BID Manager such as Solomon, DISC, Levy payer contacts.· Provide research from Levy payer calls, surveys, and responses· Provide assistance with projects, events and incentives· Other Administration duties may be required but fit with the boundaries of the role· Loyal Free App Management· Tick Tock development· Snapchat developmentExperience required· Knowledge of Huddersfield BID, Hello Huddersfield! Unit and background of why we developed the brand.· Knowledge of the services we provide in the HH! Unit· Good Customer Service skills· Good understanding of Microsoft packages· Retail ExperienceTraining offeredApprenticeship position available with Level 3 training in Digital Marketing or an appropriate course at Kirklees CollegeJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, GraduateSalary: £19,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionSchedule:8 hour shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Hand Sanitiser is placed at the front of the Retail space for customers to use.Education:GCSE or equivalent (preferred)Experience:customer service: 1 year (preferred)Application deadline: 21/03/2022Reference ID: CSA/HB/2022
