Job Description : Good communication skills – verbal and written, clear and precise
Good Experience in supporting Azure applications.
Good Experience in Azure cloud: ADF,ADLS,HDInsights.
Experience in creating the Azure Data Factory pipelines.
Working experience in Hive.
Good Experience in the Hadoop components.
Good Experience in Spark with Scala.
Good Experience in SQL.
Working knowledge on any ticketing tool, preferably Cherwell.
Working knowledge on Jira tool.
Working knowledge of Git hub.
Knowledge on Snowflake.
Should be able to handle a team of 10 members.
Should be able to interact with business users/customers and understand the issues and provide the solutions.
Should involve in fixing the issues to the issues by raising the change requests.
Should be flexible to work on shifts and manage the team who are working on 24/7 project.
Provide recommendations and suggestions on areas for improvement
Troubleshoot cloud, network, and infrastructure related problems.
Act as primary liaison with external managed service provider to ensure helpdesk ticketing system is working efficiently and meeting the needs of the organization.
Respond to other helpdesk requests.
Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
Should have high level of commitment, initiative and on the fly problem solving capacity
Open, motivated personality who enjoys working in a team and in challenging situations.
