Performs complex product design, bug verification, systems analysis, release testing and programming activities, using research and analysis. Supports full life-cycle of product development processes for creating new products and services. Investigates and resolves complex business and technical product integration matters of significance. Focuses on a specific product or family of technologies in multiple platforms; functions independently within a business area and assists at the enterprise level to influence the technical decisions during various phases of the project.
Job Description
Essential Job Functions
Experience in TFS/VSTS/Azure DevOps source code administration
Experience in MS Build and Windows scripting capabilities (e.g.: PowerShell)
Hands on experience in building Ansible Playbook for deployments in Windows server environments for
Hands on expertise in continuous integration and deployment automation
Troubleshooting and fixing deployment issues
Expertise on container based deployments
Designs and conducts user training courses. Determines training courses needed to address gaps in client knowledge of products and processes. Customizes training courses to fit client environment and needs.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, information systems, computer science, or related field preferred
Five or more years of technical experience in product design and support
Automation of build, Packaging and Release Management activities
Troubleshoot build issues impacting environment and arrive at solutions to fix them
Contribute in CICD Pipeline implementation
Automate deployments and upgrades of COTS and databases and implement the solution
Willing to learn Jenkins pipelines, Groovy scripting, cloud vendor agnostic packaging and deployment automation
Experience working with development tools, processes, approaches and/or techniques

Good presentation and communication skills to communicate with clients, support personnel and management
Ability to adapt to changing situations, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to switch between tasks quickly
