Job Description : The Digital Acquisition Int Anlst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses’ core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:
provides input to decisions regarding Vendor/agency selection, development of creative assets, channel testing strategy and advise the business on which products should be marketed / tested and test design.
Understands and Works with/within marketing budget, agency and Vendor relationships.
project Manages on assigned campaigns and tracks data to assist in acquisition forecasting and Performance reporting for campaigns
Works collaboratively with team to achieve campaign and business goals
Executes campaign Management across existing programs, as assigned by Manager
Optimizes creative, messaging and acquisition landing pages to generate business results tied to key performance indicators
Ensures Quality Assurance in ad copies, landing pages and sitelinks pre and post launch
provides data to ensure Quality Assurance and record retention as per the process manual as required for business audit on a quarterly basis
Utilizes reporting to ensure key Performance indicators are Efficiently met month over month
Stays abreast of industry trends to develop ongoing subject matter expertise in the digital acquisition/online media and marketing space.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience working on digital marketing campaigns for a large global organization
Education:
Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Manage and implement the SEO strategy for Citi
Develop optimization strategies that increase the Citi India’s website search engine results rankings
Closely collaborate with web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed throughout Citi India’s website content
Work with product and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content marketing
Take responsibility for page optimization for search engine marketing
Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery and optimization for new SEO keywords to use throughout the website and marketing materials
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Create and execute link building strategy with agency
Change website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools such as Adobe analytics to understand SEO strategy performance
Collaborate with others within the organization to manage SEO strategy
Give compelling and high-quality website content feedback to agency, including blog posts and page descriptions to improve website search results
Skills required:
Good understanding of search engines and a genuine interest in SEO/digital marketing
An ability to understand social media platforms and how to use them to distribute contents, gin more links and build successful campaigns
Strong analytical skills for understanding ranking algorithms
Proficiency in MS Office and an excellent knowledge of excel
Excellent communication skills to educate, inform and mediate a number of stakeholders in the organization
An understanding of HTML coding, and preferably Javascript and PHP
