StarHub Enterprise Business Group is looking for a Digital leader to join its small and medium enterprise division. The SME division at StarHub is on a mission to unlock the growth potential of SMEs by helping them grow, scale, and transform their businesses. Reporting to the Head of SME business at StarHub and leading a team of Digital marketing specialists, this role will lead digital acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives via SME online store and self-help platforms.

Responsibilities
Digital Acquisition : Responsible for driving acquisitions via digital channels. This includes digital paid media programs that drives end-to-end online store purchases, lead generations programs for assisted sales and ensuring that the web journey (online store, StarHub website) is optimized across devices and channels. The role will carry acquisition targets along with metrics that measure customer experience and cost efficiencies.
Digital Engagement and Retention : Engage customers digitally via SME self-help platforms (StarHub Business Manager app & My Business Account portal) and build a digital relationship with customers with an aim to make digital a preferred way to recontract and engage with us. In collaboration with the development team, the role will also be responsible for enhancing these platforms to drive active use, add new features, optimize content, and improve overall experience.
Digital platform enhancement : Collaborate with web development and IT transformation teams to ensure SME digital platforms (esp. the online store) are built and optimized for conversion and experience. This requires a strong working knowledge of how e-commerce platforms are built and how to develop a business case to secure investments.
Requirements
Degree in marketing, technology or business management with at least 10 years’ experience in a B2B/ SME digital marketing role, leading performance driven integrated marketing initiatives
Successful track record of leading and growing a digital e-commerce business, preferably in the B2B industry.
Experience in evaluating business opportunities, presenting business cases with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mindset
Experience working with web developers and IT transformation teams to build and enhance web platforms and experiences
Strong leadership experience, including building and managing high performing teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in driving cross functional programs and executive engagement
