Job Description : What we’re looking forCoinFantasy is looking for a Marketing Lead who has experience in executing marketing campaigns and igniting communities. You will be responsible for all activities and communications channels used to tell our story and keep us at the top of the mind of our community. You will take ownership of the overall marketing and content strategy and collaborate with our community partners to produce amazing content for our social and other media platforms.ResponsibilitiesCreate a marketing strategy and plan with relevant topics that will resonance with our community and audiencesTell our story to the world and communicate what makes us unique to our communityKeep the community engaged with storylines that will inspire and grow engagementOptimize the performance in the existing marketing channels and continuously explore new channels for growth and lead their end-to-end executionAnalyse the results of our marketing efforts and fine tune the strategyCommunicate with our PR firm and other external partiesExperimenting continuously on creatives & design to drive ROIManage day to day operations or marketing activities across all channelsWhat we expect3+ years of experience in digital marketing and community management. Experience in the crypto space will be an added advantage.Experience with running and managing communities on Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn and DiscordStrong quantitative mindset & data driven approach to digital marketing; expert in excel-based data modelling, analytics toolsHandled large scale monthly digital marketing budgetsUnderstanding of the crypto marketing & DeFi ecosystemPassionate, Self-driven and ability to thrive in a startup environmentAbout UsCoinFantasy is the World’s first Play-2-Earn fantasy gaming platform for crypto markets.
