We innovate responsibly bringing together environment-friendly (fully biodegradable/ recyclable) constituents for the best-desired action.Responsibilities:Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.Develop and monitor campaign budgets. Should have experience to achieve ROASTo manage e-commerce marketplaces.Manage all efforts and goals on organic and digital paid media: SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, Direct buys etc.To set up and optimize Google Adwords campaignsPlan and manage our social media platforms.To test campaigns with A/B and multivariate experimentsPrepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.Coordinate B2C marketing activities to generate leads (paid and organic) – Improve lead generation results (more leads, more lead sources, lower cost per lead)Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns. Provide marketing recommendations based on researching Industry, Competition, and Customers.Find and target audiences. Conduct surveys where needed Act as the main point of contact for external marketing agenciesCollect, report and analyze performance metrics and funnels. MS Excel proficiency is a must. CRM expertise is a bonus.Leverage data and analytical insights to drive strategy and recommendations across business functions including website / social performance, data partnerships and programmatic campaign performanceWork with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.A minimum of 5 years experience in a digital marketing in the FMCG / Personal care industry.Experience with personal care brand, D2C brand will be a plusHighly creative with excellent analytical abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Digital marketing: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)Beauty and Personal care: 2 years (Preferred)
