Job Description : AMETEK PQS – a world leading innovator and manufacturer of UPM’s, medical sensors, test equipment and calibration instruments – is recruiting an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team based in the USA (person living in India), servicing our global business.

Our new Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, technology, and analysis. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset of growth for the AMETEK PQS team. You need to be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns over all channels.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing, including Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, social media, display & remarketing advertising campaigns, website enhancements and updates.
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to increase conversion.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites as needed for all three brands.
Collaborate with internal/external teams to create landing pages, A/B testing and optimize per user
experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels,
device and customer touch points. Reporting out with executive summaries will be key.
Measuring/reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and website traffic flow using a variety of web analytics tools.
Set up and send out newsletters to end users with focus on lead conversion and tracking of the results.
Manage a workstream providing marketing content, creative and outreach.
Develop communication plans (based on strategy), promotional toolkits, research-based message development, graphics, infographics, video, copy writing and editing, website content development

Position Requirements:
Requirements
BE / BTech / MCA /BCA with minimum 4 – 6 years of experience.
Proven experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding LinkedIn Navigator and be able to work well in it.
. Must understand and be able to work well in SalesForce- documentation, reporting and building tracking information.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, B2B social media, Google Adwords,
email campaigns and search engine marketing.
Pardot program experience is needed.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English both written and in speech.
Experience with image handling (Photoshop or similar).

Experience with the following will be considered a plus
Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools.
Knowledge of Sitecore web content management.
B-2-B experience.
Technical and marketing writing skills in English. White paper experience.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Indesign.
E-Commerce experience a plus.
