Job Description
1. Plan, Execute and Evaluate all marketing Activity/initiatives across all NOBI channels to increase the number of reach and downloaders of NOBI App.
2. Collaborate with multiple teams within the company to deliver marketing activities from production to post-production.
3. Do experiment with the content type, channel, and copywriting to figure out the ideal content for the Indonesian target audience.
4. Collaborate with multiple agencies and third parties to deliver marketing activity
5. Give suggestions on new online or offline digital marketing channels suitable to reach more in Indonesia.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication and relevant fields from reputable universities
2. Minimum 1-year experience in Marketing.
3. Experienced with analytic and CRM tools, such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Firebase, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, etc.
4. Hands-on experience with setting up Facebook, Tiktok, Google Ads, Linkedin, Twitter campaigns and optimizing to drive optimum campaign performance.
5. Hands-on experience with setting up CRM tools such as Push Notification, Email, etc,
