Job Description : Key Roles & Responsibilities: To deliver course material as per the pre-decided curriculumTo create/update course material to ensure all the latest trends and best practices are coveredInnovate and improve teaching methods and processes on the basis of past classroom experiencesTo upgrade self-knowledge across all courses offered by Techiegigs ranging from Website Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Ads Management, etc.To be able to customize and deliver course material to both individuals and groups depending upon their existing understanding of the topicOther Day to Day Responsibilities: To be on the constant hunt for research, case studies, trends and best practices in digital marketing to be able to provide the relevant references in classTo monitor students’ progress and make recommendations to the reporting manager if any support is needed to bridge the gap.To create and evaluate tests, MCQs, etc. to measure the impact of courses delivered.To maintain a proper record of classroom training delivered and new resources createdTo take proactive steps to ensure that the centre is functioning at optimum and providing the best possible learning experience for students. For example, the trainer would be responsible for offering proper presentations, case studies, doubt solving and absolute tool based training for each topic or module, as required.Prerequisites: 6 months of experience in Digital Marketing preferably through working in an agency / educational instituteCommunication skills and ability to deliver course material with full confidence and energy for sessions ranging from 2 to 3 hoursFluent oral as well as written communication skillsShould be punctual and disciplined to ensure all training begin and end on time.Should be patient and sensitive towards trainees and their ability to grasp new conceptsA good team player who believes in the concept of ‘train and get trained at the same timeGood people skills and should have a passion for teaching and the Digital Marketing field in generalJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
