Job Description : Purpose/Mission
This role is responsible to drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned channel while respecting the image of the both the brands

Key Responsibilities
Functional;
To lead overall DPC business across account management, partner program and digital planning and analytics
To represent the DPC channel as an ‘ambassador’ toward all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces.
To ensure development of the channel strategies, formalization by Alliance/Strategic Account Plans and get sign off by the direct superior.
To ensure strong relationship with all DPC partners through account leadership framework
To lead negotiation with pure players for their buying budget and ensure that both the brands have significant share on their buying budgets as per channel strategy.
To ensure execution of pre orders as per the strategy as a critical KPI’s
To support enforcement of adidas Trade Terms Policy.
To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customers performances
Gain market intelligence to make actions plans to consistently gain competition share and ensure growth for our brands across categories
To lead end to end process of digital planning and analytics function
To work with cross functional team to drive enhanced consumer experience focusing on digital store checks, digital shelf and account diagnostics.
To drive and review the Joint Marketing Plan with the partners along with the cross functional team aligning on the monthly marketing calendar
Manage the Sales working budget for display and performance marketing ensuring robust ROI and digital KPIs
Manage the business analytic driving insights and actions for range improvement and in season merchandise management.
Lead the end to end process of Partner program/ 3P marketplace from business planning to assortment planning onsite operations and trading.
Work closely with the EM DPC hub team to ensure adoption of global best practices and champion India business

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Functional: > 12 years Sales, partly as KAM or in the Field
Sound understanding of digital marketing and the impact KPIs
Industry: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
Leadership: 6-8 years
Exposure: Sports, Marketing, account marketing
University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
