The Challenge
The Digital Strategy Group India works with regional teams, field members, and C-level leadership at Adobe’s Enterprise customers to advise on strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements employ Adobe Experience Cloud solution expertise, secondary research, industry know-how, enterprise architecture assessments and other techniques to deliver high impact recommendations.
The Senior Analyst will take part in strategic engagements for customers across industries and regions (North America, EMEA and APAC). You will have to collaborate with cross-functional & sales team to develop outside-in perspectives to drive customer’s vision and realize their objectives by showcasing the art of what is possible. You will need to build expertise in DX solutions to bring it to life in the form of practical use cases, recommend strategies & develop prioritized roadmap for a long-term partnership between Adobe and customer. You will need to understand key trends, critical metrics that are industry-specific and apply that knowledge to build impactful point-of-views. You will be responsible to evaluate customer’s tech stack to plug existing gaps and support findings based on knowledge about digital experience technology landscape. You will deliver the plans and strategies to the internal collaborators and customers and advise, excite, and educate them on Adobe’s capabilities.

What you need to succeed:
Overall experience of 2-6 years with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree
At least 2 years of management consulting experience in the field of Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy or Digital Analytics
High-level understanding of solutions – Experience Platform, Analytics, Target, campaign, Audience Manager, Experience Manager, Magento, Marketo, etc.
Experience leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Web Trends to conduct website or mobile app analysis
Basic knowledge on key industry trends and metrics
Proven passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work optimally with people at all levels
Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas verbally and in writing – and a strong presenter
High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly
