Lead architecture and design reviews
Managing a team of 20+ developers to deliver on product roadmap
Recruiting new talent and coaching team members to build a world class team
Working closely with product managers and understanding client requirements and provide estimation
The Successful Applicant
12+ years of experience of building successful production-quality enterprise software
Should have built platforms processing average 2 billion transactions per annum
Expertise in developing software for Cloud Native deployment with experience in Core Java an JEE
Excellent knowledge of NoSQL RDBMS, Caching, Docker, Kubernetes & Linux based systems
Experience working security by design conforming to OWASP, PCI DSS, GDPR
Bachelors in Technology from Tier 1 College preferred
