The Opportunity:
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective rewards solutions to clients across our four key industry portfolios – financial services, tech, energy & resources and not-for-profit. This candidate will help support our growing practice and can work virtually from any location in Australia.
You will be supported by a team of client-focused and commercially savvy analysts and consultants with deep industry expertise. Together you will collaborate to design, enhance and maintain best fit reward strategy and programs for clients.
As a Director, you will provide technical and project management leadership on diverse and complex rewards issues, as well as champion professional excellence. You will build and maintain core methodologies and develop technical capability across the team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Developing best in class content, including core methodologies across executive remuneration, employee reward and incentive design
Collaborate with industry leaders to customise content for industry relevance
Collaborate with other subject matter experts to integrate solutions to address client needs across our human capital solutions practice and broader People Solutions business
Develop and grow technical capability in Human Capital Solutions Advisory
Provide technical and strategic advice to Board and C-Suite stakeholders on complex people issues across industries
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in a similar hand’s-on consulting role, with expertise in employee rewards design and implementation.
We will also be looking for:
Ability to develop conclusions and fact-based advice from data and analytics
Ability to provide advice that is technically sound and strategically aligned to the client’s organisational and people strategy
Experience advising Board and C-Suite stakeholders, with experience in executive remuneration desired
Agility to pivot across different industries
Ability to coach and develop teams
