The Sr. Field Marketing Manager will play a key role in assisting the 8×8 Sales Organization by developing and implementing strategic marketing plans in specific and targeted geographies. The position will focus on developing and implementing strategic regional marketing programs, campaigns, events, and communication strategies that will assist in driving lead generation, sales, and mindshare for 8×8 while increasing a loyal customer base, advancing the organization’s brand, and building awareness of 8×8 solutions. There are two available positions, both of which are for full-time remote employees, supporting the West and Central regions.
Description:
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing marketing relationships and understanding the business models of the 8×8 sales organization consisting of 8×8 Direct Sellers and their Leadership as well as Channel Managers and Channel Leadership. Key performance indicators will reside in the ability to positively impact the pipeline and sales through the entire sales community. In collaboration with 8×8 Account Executives and Sales Leaders, the Sr. Field Marketing Manager will establish and manage regional marketing plans while promoting awareness of the 8×8 brand. Primary duties include developing marketing plans that leverage events, campaigns, and new initiatives, reporting against these plans, increasing pipeline. Additional responsibilities include ongoing field communications, supporting events, presentations, and sharing best practices across partners within the assigned region.
Qualifications:
10+ years experience with field marketing, channel marketing, or sales background
Experience in multiple facets of marketing activities including demand generation, events, campaigns, SEM/ SEO, social media, etc.
Project and program management skills with demonstrated examples of end-to-end ownership and delivery of marketing tactics.
Hands-on experience with sales and marketing automation systems and SDFC.
Excellent communications and presentation skills.
Highly motivated individual with a results-driven orientation, capable of multitasking within a dynamic organization.
Proven track record of working independently and with sales teams and multiple levels of management.
Experience in managing budgets and reporting, including Microsoft Excel.
Ability to travel 20% when dictated by the needs of the business and safe to do so

Responsibilities and Duties
Manage POD team
Develop and manage marketing strategies and marketing plans in an assigned region that align to 8×8 business goals.
Leverage all best practices/tools – examples: lead generation, and events.
Act as the Marketing “Subject Matter Expert” while coordinating efforts with Direct sales, corporate marketing, channel sales, and other 8×8 field and corporate teams.
Develop marketing cadence and review processes and dashboards for assigned regions.
Provide support for events and coordinate 8×8 resources as needed· Provide leadership on-field requirements for integration with corporate-run marketing programs and campaigns as needed.
Point of Contact for Field Sales Leadership Pipeline Analysis by Regions across the country
Executive Presentations/readouts weekly to quarterly
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience: 10 – 11 years in Field marketing or sales background( Required )
Graduation: Bachelor’s Degree( Required )
Proficient in English( Required )
