About the role :

Programmed Care is looking for a compassionate, caring and supportive disability support worker committed to regular and consistent shifts based in Monash, Griffith, Curtin, Royalla, Kaleen, Macquarie, and Giralang areas.

Our Female clients require a support worker who is creative, energetic, and gets involved with activities.

Visit times are between 7 AM – 8:30 PM. Visits will be in the client’s home or within the community. Due to the nature of this role, an Australian driver’s licence and a reliable car is required.

This position will suit applicants who live around the above-mentioned areas, female applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

Duties include but are not limited to :

Personal care
Community access
Domestic duties
Shopping & Social Support
Transport
Medical Appointments and Bedtime wind down support
About yourself :

Possess a compassionate, caring, and supportive nature
Excellent communication and time management skills
The ability to demonstrate commitment to your role and client
Creative and energetic with a love of community activities

To be considered for this rewarding role you must be able to provide the following:

Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability
Minimum six months recent experience
Valid Australian Driver’s License, Reliable, and Registered Vehicle and current Car Insurance
NDIS Workers Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Evidence of a COVID-19 vaccination or medical contraindication certificate
