Position Summary
The position is for a team within EY GDS. The candidate will be supporting the Social media competency, and will be working with the marketing teams the Response management across named EY handles and platforms. Additionally responsible for brand advocacy within the given region / domain area.
Technical Skills/Tools Requirement
Essential10-12 years’ experience in the B2B marketingProven experience of executing social media marketing campaigns across multiple geographical backgroundsAbility to work independently and flexiblyAttention to detail and accuracyOutstanding written and oral communicationsStrong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)Knowledge of project management and web design best practicesUnderstanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaignsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience of social media tools listening and management tools
DesirablePrevious exposure to tools like SprinklrUnderstanding of analytics tools like Adobe AnalyticsProject management experiencePrevious experience on Azure or Service desk tools like Zendesk or Service Now
Roles and responsibilities
EssentialWork with business and marketing teams to understand business priorities and work on social media related projectionCreate impact based campaigns across social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and InstagramWork with internal team to effectively implement campaigns and monitor them to review performanceSet and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategiesOrganize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awarenessResponsible for knowledge of all guidelines for all pertinent social channels and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of functionality for those relevant social media channelsAssist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications across named EY platformsDrive community engagement with programs, interaction and content. This includes social media, newsletters, and YouTube channel content, slack and in-person eventsPlay an active part in ORM of the Brand both online and offline.Acknowledging and responding to social consumer care queries, active monitoring of the brand’s social listening, and escalation of any alerts to key stakeholdersMonitoring EY’s social media platforms and responding to comments and questions in a timely and energetic wayMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing & Social Media campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Advice on social media best practices, trends, technologies and how to provide data-driven insightsSupport EY brand, understand, implement, and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by EY, including verbal and branding guidelinesMaintain consistent and positive presence in discussion forums in order to understand the state of the communityPlan, draft and distribute community focused content through blogs, Twitter, Facebook and other channelsOptimize the budget for paid social media marketingContinuously evolve on tools and new age technology for effective Digital Communication and Reputation Management across all channels
