Job Description : Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.Package and support deployment of releases.Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on budget.Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.Desired Skills & Experience:1+ years experience as a Software DeveloperCollege or University degree in Computer Science or a related disciplineCore Competency Requirements:Proficient with Microsoft .NET 1+ development using C#.Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization.Experience with database development including relational database design, SQL and ORM technologiesn-depth knowledge and experience with Core Microsoft .NET technologies including .NET Core, MVC, HTML 5, Web API, LINQ, EF, JavaScript, AJAX, and CSSExtensive experience designing and developing enterprise-grade softwareExperience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environmentsExperience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum Experience with multi-threading and concurrencyComprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theoriesInternally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environmentStrong communication skills with both internal team members & external business stakeholders.
