Job Description : Job SummaryE-Commerce cum Social Media Executive:Should have hands on experience of managing company’s brand pages on Facebook and Instagram. Market Analysis, Market Research, Planning, Marketplace Management, Competitive Analysis, Brand Analysis, Customer Service Orientation, Customer Support, Customer Relationship, B2B Sales, B2C, Brand Management, Producing Samples, Online Sales, Online Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Whatsapp Marketing, E-mail Marketing, Daily Broadcast, Daily Reporting, Payment Follow-up, Payment Reports Reconciliation, Business Reports Analysis, Internal & External Communication with Vendors & Logistics Partner, Stock & Inventory Management, etc…Responsibilities and Duties: Female Candidates Preferable.To oversee the online marketing strategy and developing marketing campaigns of an organization. Coordinating internal marketing and an organization culture. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies. Enhance sales generation for wholesale (B2B) and B2C. Enhance sales for the Multivendor. Align and integrate corporate sales and marketing events, create sales opportunities by networking & meeting through social media. Should handle the online sales and should upload the product details regularly and do the listings.To plan and execute digital (including email) marketing campaigns and design, maintain and supply content for the organization’s website(s).Should be able to promote product efficiently. Should be able to take proper follow up between buyer and seller. Should be computer and web-savvy professional who has knowledge in business commerce.Should market the company’s products on all websites like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Myntra, PaytmMall, Shopclues, Mirraw, Ebay etc. Should handle product pricing and sell. Should get orders and dispatch. Must know the process involved in Online selling. Plan and monitor sales records of online dealers of different platforms. Product uploading with proper content on the website will be a prominent task. Oversees channel development strategies, web architecture sales, and operations teams to fulfil e-commerce business strategies. Should be an expert in online sales strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website. Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements. Should be able to execute ad campaigns on search engines and other websites and research and implement the latest digital marketing strategies using social media.Maintaining accuracy of inventory listed online. Online Catalogue Management (including Title, descriptions and images). Follow up and coordination with merchandising (production, sampling etc.) internally by ensuring the orders are executed on time. Order monitoring from enquiry payment and Delivery. Develop and manage timely and proactive response and/or processes with customer service issues. Creative thinking and content writing capabilities.
