Job Description : The vision of Kinderland Day Nursery is to provide an environment where children are happy, stimulated, safe and healthy. We have a lovely building and fantastic resources but truly believe that our staff are the best resource and make the biggest difference in our children’s lives!We are looking for a fun, kind and caring Level 3 Practitioner who has a real passion for the Early Years to join our lovely, well-established private day nursery. If that’s you we would love to hear from you! We are based in South Croydon, Greater London and are a family run Nursery that has been open since 1995.Our nursery prides itself on the exceptional level of quality care it provides for young children aged between 3 months to 5 years. We provide a loving, caring and friendly environment, one in which children have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in order to reach their full potential.Main Responsibilities:· Doing the invaluable job of using the EYFS to help children grow into the best little people they can be!· Developing and maintaining professional relationships with parents and carers. Using open dialogue and giving regular feedback so that we can supporting the families with little ones in our care ensuring well-being for all.· Looking after every aspect of a child’s personal care needs each day. Keeping them happy, safe, stimulated and making sure they have fun learning with us!· Creating and maintaining a innovative learning space where children can explore and learn every day!
