Job Description : Work Location : ChennaiExp : 24 – 60 MonthsCTC Budget : Max 10 LPANP – 30 days MaxEmployer – ARIGSPrimary SkillsLINUX, C++, Embedded C++Power Systems and Digital Integration Team is looking for a Senior Software developer in Telematics Team,· in this role the Engineer is responsible for the design, development and implementation of new or existing telematics features.· He /She will work closely with architects, test engineers and business analysts to understand requirements and most efficient develop the software.· Success in this position involves working effectively within the established process framework Skills: Knowledge of refining requirements to functional modules, Good knowledge of the full software development life cycle, preferable in Agile Methodology, from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.· Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.· Good knowledge of Embedded System and Software. Solid programming experience in C++. Knowledge of Controller software and Linux Operating system.· Knowledge of multi-threading and inter-process communication methods. Good knowledge on network/Industrial protocols – CAN, J1939, RS232, RS485, Ethernet. Good Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer focus and interpersonal skills.· Education/Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering. 2-5 years experience required.· Candidate Responsibilities: · Engineer is responsible for the Development, Design and implementation of New or Existing Telematics features. Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources. Review project requests, describing user stories to requirements and accomplish project.· Technical Skills Required· Good knowledge of Embedded System and Software.
