ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is for a world leading Pharmaceutical company which operates in over 100 countries and is headquartered in the United Kingdom. The candidate is expected to work as a Engineer for a large infrastructure support and maintenance function, spanning several continents.
Core Skills
The Engineer should possess the required skills
Administration of Cloud Storage (e.g. Box.com), SharePoint Online/OneDrive.
Ability to fix during the Migration of collaboration tools.
Assist in designing, planning and managing the data migration process.
Work with authorities and project team to identify, define, collate, document and communicate the data migration requirements.
Work across multiple functional projects to understand data usage and implications for data migration.
Knowledge and experience with Box.com cloud storage SaaS, including administration & app support.
Knowledge and experience with SharePoint Online/ OneDrive/Team technologies & application support.
Knowledge in PYTHON is added advantage.
Microsoft Certified IT Professional.
Microsoft desktop applications support experience.
Any Past SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams data Migration Experience using Mover Tool.
MS Office 2016, and the version lifecycle of these products
Exchange O 365 suites of products deployment and migrations
Exchange O365 account administration fixing
Exchange calendar/shared folder permissions and delegation.
Perform/create queries and user account
Migrations – Mailboxes, Public Folders, User Profiles
Microsoft Azure administration – adds moves, and changes
Fix/resolve called out Help Desk issues relating to O365
Manging MS teams & Fix/resolve the real time issues
Conferencing, Zoom & VC, Solstice, 22miles Infrastructure Management (Server OS-Update/Patches) cloud migration
MS teams rooms & Surface rooms Infrastructure Management (Server OS-Update/Patches)

Skills and Capabilities
Essential
Operational experience in remote management of devices using remote support tools.
Resolution of Incidents to the required SLA’s.
Experience with using Knowledge articles and documented SOPs to resolve tickets.
ITIL Knowledge on Change, incident, and problem management. Must be strong in interpersonal communication and should have handled Priority issues and customer call and partner concerns.
Able to grasp and understand new technological trends / concepts.
The person must have demonstrated strong commitment to teamwork
Must possess good problem solving and communication skills.
Desirable
Depth level of Experience in end-to-end Client state management with respect to managing Incidents, Problems, changes and capacity Problems, changes, and capacity management aspects
Multi years of work experience in Technical teams working in Shifts on rotational basis covering 24*7 support
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization is essential.
