Job Description : Primary Responsibilities:Make a scope of works for contractors (Including mechanical, electrical, fire, carpentry, etc).Send plans and scope to contractors to price upBill of QuantitiesCreate plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of projectOversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction processCollaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgetsRead construction plansAnswer any RFI’s from contractorsPut the tender togetherVet all prices from contractorsMake the tender presentableSend through the tender for final review to meQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.3+ years of experience in construction and architectureStrong organizational, creative, and presentation skillsProficient in AutoCAD and RevitExcellent technical drawing skills.Strong communication and project management skills.Good interpersonal and presentation skills.Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.Strong creative and visualization skills.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Architecture & Engineering Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
