Job Description : -Look after Company HR, including onboarding, appraisal, and relieving.-Maintain records of Attendance, leave and Employee Master data in both Soft copy and Hard copy.-Maintain Records of Company Assets, Customer Cheques, Incoming and Outgoing Couriers, Vendor Bills.-Take care of Renewals, like Company Insurances, Wi-fi and annual subscriptions.-Look after Company Travel &Hotel arrangements, Travel Bills checking and processing.-Repair & maintenance of Company Assets like Laptops, Printers, Cars etc.-Look after Company Admin including, Making Purchase Orders, Take care of Courier, Pantry, Stationery, Mobile, laptop purchases.-Make sure Office supplies are adequate at both Head office and warehouse.-Make Arrangements for Employee Birthday celebration, Custom Visit and other Company Activities.-Good Knowledge of Computer, Good Communication Skills, Good negotiation Skills.-Graduate or MBA HR preferred.-0-1 Years of Experience preferred.-Local Candidates from Gurgaon preferred or Immediate Joiners preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Hindi (Preferred)
