The Executive, Public Websites will support the Product Owner, Public Websites, for the delivery of website enhancements and optimisation projects. He/she will interface between internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver user requirements for Singlife public websites.
Responsibilities
Perform updates via Adobe Experience Manager where required
Work with stakeholders, designers, and developers to define user requirements for website requests and follow through the process from planning, development, testing to delivery
Constantly monitor Google Search Console and work closely with lines of business and SEO vendor to optimise website
Provide administrative and testing support relating to website integration and revamp projects.
Education Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in digital marketing, web design, IT or related fields
Required Capabilities
Able to work proficiently with website management tools (including Adobe Experience Manager and Google Search Console)
Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills
Experience working with SEO tools
Excellent organisation skills and detail-oriented
Project supporting experience preferred
