We have an eclectic group of people working at Quest drawn from diverse disciplines including Education, Technology, Design, Youth Development, and Business.About Young Entrepreneurs ProgramThe Young Entrepreneurs Program is an attempt to build the necessary skills and mindset which is required to become a successful entrepreneur. The program entails 15 days of classroom facilitated training followed by handholding support for up to 6 months, in which the individual will be provided with a mentor who will help the individual/team to set up the business, explore the forward and backward market linkages, access the ecosystem support like financial assistance from banks, information of technical training to build domain expertise and also will connect with industry experts who will provide the valuable mentorship on the nuances of a specific business.About the Role: 1. Facilitation in Trainings & Reflection WorkshopsFacilitate YEP Cohorts or virtual learning during training and reflectionworkshops with assigned states.Take responsibility for effective program delivery as per the YEPcurriculum.Supporting YEs in starting their businesses post-training.2. Post Training SupportWork closely with each Young Entrepreneurs to extend support instarting and sustaining their business.Exploring collaborations with entrepreneurs in the ecosystem to mentorthe YE’sDevelop effective working relationships with Financials Institutions,BanksEnsure all the reflection workshops run as per the program calendar.Connecting YEs with Entrepreneurs for Internships to build requiredskills as and when needed.Sharing and connecting YEs with the existing govt schemes3.
