Job Description : Finance AssistantRidge Green Medical Centre is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to help with managing the administration of the finances and assist the practice accountants in drawing up annual accounts for the practice. The role is best fulfilled by an experienced bookkeeper with experience in General Practice and with experience in using Xero accounts package.Main duties of the jobComplete monthly book-keeping activities for reconciliation through Xero.Reconciling invoices and bank activitiesLiaising with practice accountants and responding to queriesAssisting in yearend finalisation of accounts for submission to our accountants.Prior to any application we would be happy to discuss the role informally and offer the opportunity to have a look around our practice.Job Types: Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 5 per weekBenefits:Flexible scheduleOn-site parkingSchedule:Day shiftMonday to Friday
