Job Description : Chilworth Partnership have been retained by 4Com Technologies Limited, a fast-growing Telecom and Unified Communications provider to UK SME’s, in their search for a Finance Director in a newly created role.Reporting to the CFO, whilst leading and future-proofing the finance function ahead of further organic and acquisition-led growth, responsibilities will include:Structure the finance department for business growth, be able to identify new efficiencies and guide efforts towards improved reporting.Guide the financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable and credit control teams to ensure that best practices are in place, systems are improved and reporting deadlines are achieved.Lead the development and preparation of planning models, including rolling forecasts, budgets and long-range strategic plans.Monitor and report the strategic planning KPI’s.Working closely with commercial and operations teams to implement correct financial processes and reporting.Support M&A activities through acquisition modelling, due diligence and integration support.Assist the CFO and CEO with preparation of external reporting to investors, bankers; growth partners and other key stake holders.You will be:· A fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).· Have a strong blend of technical (UKGAAP) and commercial accounting.· Capable of being hands-on whilst also leading and motivating the finance function through a change agenda.· Strong process development and problem-solving skills around financial reporting.This is an excellent opportunity to join a business going through an exciting period of changeChilworth Partnership Ltd (also trading as Venture Recruitment Partners) is a Recruitment Agency.
