Job Description : Duties include but are not limited to: Daily reportingProducing accurate financial reports and informationProviding back-office services such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, collection, and payrollMonitoring cash flowLiaising with accountant teamsPreparing quarter-end VAT reportsMonitoring foreign exchange trends to purchaseReconcile accounts including receivable and payablePut in place robust financial systems and processes/manage processes that are already in placePreparation of month/year-end accounts and liaise with external auditorsContinue to develop relationships with external advisors, e.g. solicitors and banksEnsure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirementsAbout the candidate: Strong communication and written skillsMust be computer literate, proficient in excel, word, outlookMust have excellent attention to detail and accuracyProven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partnersPart-time hours would be considered for the right candidate.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From £25,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (preferred)Experience:Financial management: 2 years (preferred)Reference ID: Finance Manager
