We are a group of digital marketers, techies, data analysts, and operations professionals who have come together to provide next-generation e-commerce solutions. We help brands & private labels to grow their businesses on platforms such as Amazon and their own website. We love brainstorming ideas on marketing businesses through digital media and utilize technology to execute them further to achieve the desired goals. About the Role:
As a Founders’ Staff member, you will be working closely with the CEO and COO and take ownership for key initiatives that are of strategic importance to the company. You will be expected to have a whatever-it-takes approach to help the founders strategize and drive key projects across multiple functions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for exponential growth, fast learning, and a chance to lead by example in a thriving startup ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities –
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are executed as per priority and timelines. Examples of projects that you will be expected to drive –
Management – Ideate and undertake projects directly with the Management such as entering into new markets for operations, building strategic partnerships with partners and restructuring the organization
R&D – Take up projects such as automation projects and research projects with the goal of improving operational, sales and marketing outcomes
Sales and Marketing – Setup processes with the goal of achieving sustainability in lead generation and project closures in domestic and international markets and improving key sales metrics such as sales conversion ratio
HR – Undertake initiatives such as great place to work for, webinars, etc. with the goal of increasing the average talent density of the firm and upholding the cultural values and practices
Finance – Develop financial projections for the organization and work directly with the founders to ensure that financial targets are being met
Serve as a thought partner and strategic advisor to Founder, challenging ideas and following up on action items with the team accordingly
Proactively identify business problems and opportunities to add value to the company
Create new systems and processes to streamline operations. Take a new initiative from initiation stage to stabilization stage and subsequently find a capable owner to continue driving it
Improve current processes and ensure organizational procedures are attaining optimal efficiency levels
Track and work towards improving the key organizational goals via monthly reports and processes such as strategic reviews and OKR reviews
What you’ll need :
2+ Years of work experience that includes project management experience
Extreme ownership trait
Excellent first principles problem solving
Extremely resourceful, great at getting stuff done
Stakeholder management (manage up, down, internal & external stakeholders) skill
Refined verbal/written communication & ability to simplifying things
Entrepreneurial experience is a huge plus
