Job Description : A Curriculum Development Specialist (CDS) will primarily be responsible in the creation of new and/or improvement of existing learning frameworks for the application and its content. They must have a strong desire and commitment to constantly improve the educational structure of Lamsa through the development of learning objectives, knowledge matrixes, and system maps for content design and production.Job Specifications: · Updated on current guidelines and best practices in curriculum development· Ability to assess and discuss curriculum standards and translate to actionable steps for content design and production· Develop learning objectives, flow charts, and system maps for educational content development· Research trends in instructional methods and educational technology· Review and consolidate content from textbooks and other educational materials relating to a certain subject for the Instructional Designer· Observe work of instructional designers to evaluate output and provide constructive feedback· Good interpersonal and communication skills as they will work together with instructional designers to evaluate existing curricula and assess the quality of instruction in the content· Ability to assess and analyze student user data to evaluate areas of improvement· Conduct ongoing research and make recommendations to further develop the educational foundation of the appRequirements: · Curriculum Development experience, necessary· Early Childhood Education (Pre-K to Grade 1) teaching experience, strongly preferred· Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Education, Educational Management, or any related course· Open positions for the below subject matter specializations: o French LanguageJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Remotely:No
