Job Description : 2+ years of professional non-internship experience with front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience;
5+ years of Software Development experience
3+ years of experience as a development manager building and leading strong engineering teams
Deep hands-on technical expertise in cloud based distributed software design and development, more so using AWS services
Experience with Java, or Java Script
Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Expert with raw JavaScript, some experience with ReactJS, Redux, React Native, Webpack, and Typescript or similar library/tools
Expert with JSS
Familiarity with Jest
Obsessed with WPO (Web Performance Optimization) and web / mobile performance analysis
Experienced with web standards and protocols such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and socket APIs in general
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Outstanding written, presentation and communication skills, evangelism experience a plus
Willing to go the extra mile to do things right and fast
Able to learn large scale complex systems quickly
Experience building JavaScript/CSS Frameworks or shared component libraries used in large scale production websites
Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
Expert with Web Server technologies and edge computing services
