You should have solid experience designing and developing new web sites and web pages. You must have experience with WordPress however HTML and CSS are hugely beneficial also. JavaScript and CMS Systems would be advantageous. Working within a team you will be optimising existing content and creating new sites to provide great User Experience in addition to meeting business goals.
