Lorien’s client, a tech-loving organisation with offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen aiming to be the most digitally focused name in their sector, is looking for a Front End/Web Developer to join their team who we have helped grow ourselves.
Having recently released an incredibly successful new internal product and with a blank cheque approved for improvements to their tech function, they want another safe pair of hands on board who can help to implement key updates to the core website.
This is a great opportunity for a Web Developer / Front End specialist to join a supportive team, get involved in exciting new projects, build on their skills and be a key contributor to ongoing discussions about the wider company’s technical vision, ways of working and choice of technologies going forward.
What will you be up to?
Using your skills in React, Angular or Vue as well as your knowledge of UX and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
Working with internal representatives as well as external agencies to agree website updates
Be a key figure in the implementation of these visual, functionality and UX changes
Use your knowledge of current tech trends to help improve the function, stack and technical strategy
Lead in the development of new site features as well as client portals/apps/required software integrations
