Job Description : FullStack Lead (MEAN, MERN)Candidates Must be Good in EnglishRequired : 1yr to 2yr experience as Team Lead FullStack Lead (MEAN, MERN)Key Result Areas :- Deliver projects/ Products with a world-class user interface and experience- Delivering as per the plan following the deadline, quality & process.- Mentor the team in implementing the design decisions- Participate in architecture and design discussion and code reviews- Keep a focus on automation and reuse in the course of development- Adhering to the company productivity & quality matrix- Project documentation, Effective communication, Following the company-defined coding standards Improving process and implementation. Contribution to common codeQualifications/Requirements :1. Required Exp 1yr to 3yr as a Team Lead2. 3-5 year’s total experience with around 3 years in JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React, NodeJS)3. Angular JS/ Angular 2 or React.js experience4. Strong NoSQL skills – specifically in MongoDB5. Experience in Node.js6. Good knowledge of Restful web services experience7. Experience working with data-conversion from Lotus Notes databases to MongoDB would be good to have8. Excellent working knowledge on Experience using technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, XML9. Experience with architecting or implementing search APIs such as SOLR10. Exposure to building application services on Amazon cloud services (AWS)Responsibilities :1. Work with an agile team to design and develop front-end and back-end solutions.2. Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.3. Cross-browser and cross-platform front-end web development including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and the latest emerging technologies.4. Communicate technical concepts with trade-offs, risks, and benefits.5. Develop UI components for easy-to-navigate user interfaces of webpages with graphics, icons, and color schemes that match industry standards.6. Participate in designing, planning and managing the data migration process. Work with subject matter experts and project team-lead to identify, define, collate, document and communicate the data migration requirements.7.
