JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Understand Business Requirement and translate them into a Business Product
Familiar with Architecture and System Design for Scalable & Distributed ApplicationsMentor Junior Developers, Participate in Code ReviewHelp resolve technical problems as and when they ariseCarry out testing procedures.Assess and address technical risks.Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.To contribute to the development of product technical design.To guarantee product quality.To ensure teams make progress, doing regular stand ups, scrum meetings and running tech sprints.To coach IT teams and train new hires.
Experience:
5-8 years’ experience with hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying large scale applications in any javascript framework.Experience in MERN Stack is a mustGood experience in NodeJS and willing to learn other technologies.Data modeling experience in NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred).Working knowledge on REST Services, Caching, CI/CD pipelines.Good understanding of Agile methodologies, TDD and AutomationPassion for learning new things and solving challenging problems.Experience with any agile tools like atlassian, rally, click up etcPast experience in DevOps and working with Cloud technologyPast experience designing software architecturePrevious experience working in agile methodology and related PM tools for example Atlassian, Rally, Clickup Asana etc.
