For more information, please visit Dalberg.ABOUT YOUYou will provide full talent administration support to the global talent team and be responsible for managing a variety of functions, including, but not limited to, recruitment and selection, onboarding and offboarding, training, and performance management. You are confident and can develop strong relationships with stakeholders.QualificationsMinimum of Bachelor’s degree (Degree in Operations, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Human Resources preferred)2 years’ work experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work productTechnical systems aptitude – rapid on-the-job learning ability to work with various HR systems including: 1) MS 365 suite (SharePoint intranet, content management and document management), 2) Deltek- Maconomy and -Talent (Professional development, recruiting, on/offboarding, employee management), 3) Survey Monkey, 4) AlumniFire, and 5) Vault Reporting PlatformExperience using MS Office 365 suite, particularly MS Excel with strong passion for further augmenting your excel skills over time, Word and PowerPoint; basic skills mastery preferredAbility to work under pressure, comfortable keeping track of many small, moving pieces, and adhering to tight deadlines, with time management and prioritization skillsStrong communication skills and team-player attitude with a proactive, responsive and collaborative work styleCross cultural competence to work in a global firmFluency in EnglishNote: Employment in all the Dalberg offices is conditional on the candidate having or independently obtaining the requisite authorization to live and work in that country.WHAT YOU WILL DO AND HOW YOU WILL GROWManage recruitment and selection processOversee the development and maintenance of job descriptions.Serve as subject matter expert with recruitment and selection activities – oversee the organization’s posting process, applicant job portal, selection tools, applicant tracking and hiring proposals through the Deltek Talent Management System; develop, implement, and maintain process guides and training materials related to Talent Admin activities; educate Talent teams on system functionality and established processes.Ensure integrity of position data and interfaces in the Deltek Talent Management System.Establish and maintain user permissions for designated users; resolve system issues and discrepancies with data; troubleshoot problems and provide day-to-day operational support using considerable judgment and discretion.Work collaboratively with People teams, hiring managers and/or Consultant teams to assure compliance with the organization’s selection guidelines and DEI policies.Manage onboarding program and offboarding processDevelop and maintain onboarding materials (i.e. welcome packs, onboarding guide and resource documents).Organize new hire introduction, training and orientation sessions.Ensure onboarding and offboarding surveys are filled, and maintain up to date Alumni databaseGeneral Talent management & other duties as assignedAssist with development of Talent policy and procedures and recommend modifications based on organizational needs, trends, industry best practices, and other research.Implement and interpret established policies and procedures for employees and managers as needed; acts as a consultant to other areas of the organization in regard to assigned functional areasMaintain relevant databases of external service providers and stakeholdersCoordination of global staffing working with staffing leads to facilitate appropriate billable utilization and pipeline managementMaintain up to date employee absence tracking and recordsPerform other ad hoc and Talent related duties as assignedABOUT OUR CLIENTSOur clients come to us with some of the most difficult global problems, seeking solutions where the obvious ones have failed.
