Job Description : Inclusive Consulting is delighted to be partnering with an exciting engineering business based in Rotherham that are looking to recruit a graduate Assistant Management Accountant.The role is a fantastic chance for an entry-level or graduate accountant who is looking to kickstart their career in commercial finance to join a supportive and agile team, and develop their career within a growing, international business.The right individual will have the existing skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and business partnering, alongside strong analysis and data skills, and will add to the strong and supportive culture existing within the business.The business has high projected growth plans, and promotes progression and development, and is a brilliant opportunity to learn and develop alongside a progressive and ambitious team.Key responsibilities will include:Assist with the preparation of specific parts of the monthly management accountsAssist with the preparation of other elements of the monthly accounts (including group reporting) in accordance with established procedures and timescalesProvide finance support to the allocated business areas including weekly review of costs with the operations team and review of product profitabilityContinuous identification when improvements can be made within our finance department.Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and interimKey skills:Educated to 2:1 degree level or AAT Level 3/4Ability to demonstrate the relevance of experience gained to our environmentWants to work for a manufacturing company and wants the challenges this gives – processes, people, deadlinesDesire and firm plan to become a qualified accountant (CIMA preferred, ACA/ACCA)Experience in accountsOn offer is a salary of up to £30K DOE plus excellent benefits including full study support, enhanced pension contributions, private healthcare and an onsite gym.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £20,000.00-£35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionGym membershipLife insuranceOn-site parkingPrivate medical insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (preferred)Experience:accounting: 1 year (preferred)
