Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Location: Work from home (WFH)
Note: This is a remote position, a strong internet connection is required (company subsidy available).
Job Brief:
The graphic designer’s responsibilities include managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas in different forms of media (Print and Digital).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Designing graphic content, illustrations, infographics, Gifs and minimal videos.
Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
Study design briefs, determine requirements and provide effort estimates
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop layouts and page/user flow
Work with content writers, learning delivery managers and the leadership to produce final design for learning and marketing materials
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Social Media design a big plus
Qualifications & Requirements:
3-5 years of experience preferably on a tech, high-end and clean design output.
A strong portfolio showcasing graphics, layout and digital experience
Strong layout skills both for digital (web) and print assets with a broad knowledge in typography, color implementation and visual hierarchy
Familiarity with design software and technologies (Adobe CC, Figma, Asana)
A keen eye for aesthetics and visual details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
