Job Description : We, @ ProcessITGlobal, are looking for a young, imaginative, talented Graphics/Web Designer who loves to experiment with cutting edge design styles with a mobile first approach. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean artistic, contemporary web design and superior user interface design skills that will create a great experience for our users/partners. S/He should be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows, artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, functional designs.· Conceptualizing original website design ideas that bring simplicity and usability.· Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off.· Designing company marketing collaterals, such as sales-kits, presentations, e-brochures, emailers etc.· Designing and manipulating graphics for external use on Blogs/Case Studies/LinkedIn campaigns etc.Who are weWe are ProcessITGlobal (PITG), a Digital Transformation company that aims to become a globally respected corporation, helping our Enterprise customers achieve their business objective by providing innovative, best-in-class IT Services and Solutions. We work mainly in the Cybersecurity, IT-Operations and AI-Operations Management domains.Job Responsibilities· Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering· Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks· Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas· Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders· Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standardsCandidate Capabilities/Skills· Confidence to take ownership of design projects· Ability to convert a written concept note into compelling visual designs including page layouts and templates, sitemaps, process flowcharts, and storyboards for illustration etc· Design user interfaces elements e.g. menus, widgets, tabs, tables, sketches, filters, images, and other websites/applications graphic elements· Illustrate functions of websites and develop UI mock-ups and prototypes, as required· Create and maintain a database of design assets· Collaborate with design teams and all the stakeholders (UX, marketing, engineering)· Review and edit the mock-ups/wireframes, according to feedback· Adherence to instructions concerning style, color schemes, and fonts, etc.· Strong command of colour theory, image composition, and typography· Ability to design for different use cases and formats. E.g. different design approach for desktop viewing vs. mobile screen viewing· Prior implementation experience with Integration of video, graphics and animation within responsive design framework· Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats, with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, for use in social media and marketing channelsTechnical (must have)· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro) and/or other common design and layout applications· Experience with HTML, Javascript, and CSS. Ability to troubleshoot using HTML5 & CSS3 with web designers and web developers· Hands on implementation experience in Corel Draw UI Designer Jquery WordPressTechnical (good to have)· PMI Agile Certified Practitioner: Web design professionals in Agile methods· Adobe Certified Expert: Certification on digital tools for creating visuals· CIW Web Design Professional: Web designer’s proficiency in website design· Google Mobile Web Specialist: Web designers proficiency on mobile appsHands on experience with one or more of the following tools a plus:· Figma· Balsamiq· Adobe XD· Proto.io· FluidUI· InvisionCandidate QualificationEducational· BS in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic designing or a related field (BFA applicants will also be considered)· Master’s degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred)Experience· Proven 2 to 3 years of professional design experience, as a UX /UI Designer, UI Designer, UX Designer or a similar role· Proven background of graphic designing projects related to web and mobile applicationsOther· Portfolio of strong creative work· Social media and email marketing experience a plus· Ability to understand briefs and research independently if required· Multitasking, timeliness, good communication skills and team-player attitudeJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹400,000.00 per yearBenefits:Provident FundWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:We are currently in a WFH model, with possibility of “on-premise” in futureEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:UX/UI: 2 years (Required)total work: 1 year (Required)Design: 2 years (Required)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Application Deadline: 15/03/2022Expected Start Date: 01/04/2022
