Job Description : FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities

Production of monthly management accounts, detailed management information, statutory accounts, bank compliance reports, detailed budgeting and forecasting

Budgetary control

Managing the group’s tax affairs
Managing interest rate risks
Monitoring compliance with banking covenants
Implementing IFRS

Compliance with audit requirements
Regulatory reporting
Day to day cash management
Performing key control functions

Staff training & development
REQUIREMENTS
Profile

Recently qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)

Experience of working within a finance team at a senior level
Excellent financial awareness and commercial skills
Moving on to the next stage of his/her professional career

Skills

Understanding of IFRS
IT/system/spreadsheet

Excellent numerical, analytical and financial skills – ability to produce and interpret management information
Ability to deliver within tight reporting deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Knowledge in securitisation will be useful but not essential
