Job Description : Crossrope is looking for a Growth and Partnerships Director to take our business to new heights!This role will be responsible for the strategy and execution of our offline growth across channels like retail and club. The role includes sales strategy, performance analysis, and marketing execution to develop untapped areas of our business. You’ll use your fitness industry knowledge and expert networking skills to secure high value partnerships and drive key account acquisition.The ideal candidate for this role knows the best methods to get to decision makers and has demonstrated success driving revenue growth through effective pipeline management. You thrive on securing a win and are excited to land new partnerships, relationships and opportunities for Crossrope. You have a go-getter mentality, while also prioritizing building credibility and trust with vendors.What you’ll be doing:Lead efforts to secure retail and club partnershipsIdentify new acquisition channels, optimization strategies, and new market segments that will benefit from Crossrope productsBuild and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new offline growth opportunitiesResearch, determine and manage trade show presenceAnalyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approachesCollaborate with leadership team to develop growth plans for the organizationOther duties as assignedWhat you need:Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or salesExperience in the fitness industry; specifically selling fitness equipment into retail or club spacesStrong network within fitness industry of influencers, decision makers, and others that can spread the Crossrope brandStrong understanding of commercial product positioning and offeringsProven track-record of championing large ideas within an organization and working cross-functionally to achieve demonstrated successExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent sales and negotiation skillsWhy Crossrope?Crossrope is a fast-growing fitness brand that delivers an engaging jump rope workout experience to customers around the globe.
