Position

We are looking for a driven Growth Marketing Specialist to drive market growth.
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will support and report to the Head of Growth to drive branding, customer engagement, customer experience, product marketing, partner acquisition and employer branding.
Responsibilities

Research on opportunities to support go-to-market strategy, business development, and account-based marketing activities
Support alignment and coordination with internal stakeholder and set up campaigns to target markets
Develop sales and marketing material for targeted channels and funnels, including but not limited to landing pages, social media posts, banners, e-newsletter, articles, ebook, infographics, video, etc.
Generate leads through inbound and outbound efforts
Optimise internal workflows and processes to drive commercial and operational efficiency
Analyse and optimise customer journey and experience through our sales, marketing, and product
Analyse efficiency and effectiveness of our channels, including but not limited to social media, search engine, email campaigns, affiliate partners
Other ad-hoc projects

Requirements

Entry – Mid Level candidates with 2 to 5 years of work experience
A team player who can understand team objectives, communicate and coordinate with team members to achieve our goals
Possesses growth mindset and believes in making changes and solving problems

A performance-driven individual who can understand the company’s metrics and always have the end goal in mind throughout the progress
Self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility to achieve our goals and solve problems on the way
Analytical and logical thinking

Strong in copywriting, infographics and modern marketing communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, must be strong in PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
