Job Description : As a fast-growing academy specializing in beauty, hairdressing and barbering. You will be responsible for training small groups of students in the various therapies that we offer. You will have excellent experience as a hands-on beauty therapist and at least 1-2 years of teaching experience having worked for a college or in-house training. You will have a love of all things beauty and be passionate and confident about teaching students’ new skills and qualifications.Training dates will be scheduled or ad – hoc we require anyone that’s flexible we would need someone to cover most of the Beauty Courses.We are Hiring for the FollowingDeliver and assess Level 2 & 3 Diploma in Beauty TherapyDeliver and assess Level 2 & 3 Diploma in Barbering & Wet ShaveDeliver and assess Level 2 & 3 Diploma in NailsDeliver and assess Level 2 & 3 Diploma in Make Up & HairEssential criteriaQualified Level 2 & 3 Beauty TherapyHold a PTLLS qualification or equivalentHold the A1 Assessor Award/TAQAMinimum 2 years professional experience as a Beauty TherapistStrong communication skillsBe able to travel to other sitesBe willing to work weekendsDesirable criteria: DTTLS/DET qualificationIQA qualificationFamiliar with VTCT qualificationsPerformance & RoleTraining groups of up to 4-6 beauty studentsTo attend all lessons at least 20 minutes before start time and to be adequately and professionally prepared.To correctly complete registration documents at the beginning of each session and keep these updated.To have a fully completed lesson plan before each lesson, evaluation to be completed after the lesson.
