Job Description : Min 6 Months Exp in HCC coding and Risk adjustment codingAbstract information from medical records and assign appropriate ICD – 10 Codes.Should be proficient in understanding of anatomy & physiology, ensure ICD codes are accurate inaccordance with ICD-10 guidelines.Assign correct codes and perform edits as per correct coding initiativeProficient coding of charts with 100% productivity and more than 95% accuracy(Quality)Must be certified by AAPC and/or AHIMA.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):Do you have AAPC and/or AHIMA Certification?Experience:HCC Coding: 1 year (Preferred)
