Job Description : We are looking for a Head Chef to lead our team for a high profile Corporate client in the CBD.
This role is Monday to Friday with very few evenings and no public holidays!

We are currently seeking an experienced Full Time Head Chef to join our small and friendly team at a premium Corporate site located in the CBD.
Key Responsibilities
Offering training, guidance and support to the kitchen team
Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved
Ensuring all catering controls are in place and wastage is kept to the minimum
Strong emphasis on modern, wellbeing, inspired menus with a focus on visual presentation.
Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with our customers and/or clients
Our offering ranges from a la carte service along with set menus, canape functions, inhouse made cakes and desserts, lunchtime sandwiches and salads, Corporate events to Boardroom fine dining and an inhouse app that allows our associates to order breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages.
About You
Experience at Sous chef level at least is essential
Minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery qualification
Experience with full P&L Management
Fine dining menu creation and costing
Strong people management skills & ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service (this is also a client facing role)
Ability to maintain a calm and respectful demeanour at all times, no matter the pressure!
Please note a current Police check (or willingness to provide) is mandatory for this role
